Call Agent – Appointment Booking, Service, and Sales

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls: Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Support the Technical Advisors team: Collaborate with the technical advisors and sales team.
• Schedule appointments: Organize and confirm appointments for the service and sales departments.
• Assist with various administrative tasks: Help ensure the smooth operation of the service and sales departments.
• Support the BDC team during high call volumes: Assist the call management team for the sales department.

Requirements:

• Communication skills: Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
