Responsibilities:

Greet service customers and address their technical needs.
Manage appointments and ensure thorough follow-ups with clients.
Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
Keep customer records and vehicle histories up to date.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
Valid driver’s license.
