PARTS AND ACCESSORIES MANAGER

We are looking for a Parts and Accessories Clerk with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing parts, accessories, and supplies, as well as advising our valued customers on the products and services that best suit their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store parts and supplies in an organized manner.
- Handle customer requests and distribute parts to the appropriate departments, including the mechanical department.
- Maintain records of orders and inventory.
- Prepare orders to replenish stock.
- Advise customers on spare parts, replacement parts, and automotive accessories.
- Provide guidance on the use and installation of accessories.
- Assist and serve the dealership’s mechanical technicians with their parts and supply needs.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent visual acuity.
- Good physical condition and endurance to handle loads.
- Ability to pay attention and focus on analyzing customer needs.
- In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
- Organizational skills to manage the store and warehouse.
- Ability to work with the public, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GM products would be an asset.
- Proficiency in English to serve customers would be an asset.
