Parts and Accessories Clerk

We are looking for a Parts and Accessories Clerk with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing automotive parts, accessories, and supplies while providing outstanding customer service by recommending the products and services that best meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize parts and supplies.
• Process customer requests and distribute parts to the appropriate departments, including the Service Department.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records.
• Prepare stock replenishment orders.
• Assist customers in selecting replacement parts, automotive components, and accessories.
• Provide guidance on the use and installation of accessories.
• Support dealership service technicians by supplying the parts and materials they need to complete repairs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move parts and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customers' needs.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related products.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient parts department and warehouse.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GM products is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
