Hybrid position as Parts Clerk and Service Advisor

We are looking for a candidate for a hybrid position as Parts Clerk and Service Advisor to join our well-established dealership. A key role that combines customer service, parts management, and technical support within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Manage appointments and ensure diligent follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Keep customer records and vehicle history up to date.
• Assist technicians and answer phone inquiries.
• Manage parts, accessories, tires, and supplies.
• Advise customers on products and services that best meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or parts clerk is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and eagerness to get involved.
• Good visual acuity and physical condition.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.
