ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER

Granby Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an Assistant Parts Manager to support the daily operations of our Parts Department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As part of our dynamic team, you will assist with inventory management, support our service technicians, and provide outstanding customer service while working closely with the Parts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Parts Manager with the department's daily operations.
  • Receive, sort, and organize parts, accessories, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized inventory.
  • Prepare stock replenishment orders.
  • Advise customers on the parts, accessories, and products that best suit their needs.
  • Support service technicians by ensuring they have timely access to the parts and supplies they need.
  • Help improve departmental processes and overall organization.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive parts department.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Knowledge of GM products is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
